From food supplements to medical devices
Ambi Pack has been manufacturing for clients in a broad range of markets for 20 years. With our production lines that are designed for capsule filling and tableting, we specialise mainly in contract manufacturing of food supplements and medical devices. Thorough understanding of the applicable guidelines and the fact that we are ISO 13485 and FSSC 22000 certified mean that we comply with stringent requirements for these markets.
The production process at a glance
Your request
We will deal with your request immediately. After an initial response within one working day, you will receive an offer as soon as possible.
Development
You provide us with your formulation and artwork. Needless to say, we can advise you based on our many years’ experience in manufacturing and packaging.
Procurement
We can take care of the entire ingredient and packaging material procurement process for you. You can also handle procurement yourself and deliver the ingredients and materials to us.
Production
Using our proprietary machines, we will manufacture the capsules, (coated) tablets or blends for you.
Packaging
Capsules and (coated) tablets are packed in blisters, jars, or sachets fully automatically. Subsequently we can pack these in consumer boxes, display boxes or master cartons, complete with leaflet and/or other items.
Shipment
We will prepare batches for shipping and deliver them to your chosen location.
